Clatford Gardening Club

CLATFORD VALLEY GARDENING CLUB
2022 FLOWER, VEGETABLE, FRUIT AND PRODUCE SHOW

To be held in Upper Clatford Village Hall SATURDAY AUGUST 20th 2022

All entries from the Parish and members welcome.
All entries must be grown or produced by the exhibitor.

1. All exhibits must have been grown or produced by the exhibitor.
2. Entries must be made on the official entry form and submitted by mid-day THURSDAY 18TH AUGUST 2022.
3. Late entries will only be accepted in exceptional cases subject to available space.
4. No exhibitor may enter more than one exhibit in each class.
5. Entries are open only to Clatford Valley Garden Club members and residents of Upper Clatford and Anna Valley
6. Entry fee: £1 for each section entered, payable on the day

SCHEDULE - See Schedule below

  • 10am – 11.45am Exhibits to be staged and doors will be closed promptly at
  • 11.45 am. Strictly no late entries.
  • 12.00am – 2.30pm Hall closed for judging
  • 2.30pm – 4pm Public viewing
  • 4pm Prize giving
  • 4.30pm All items to be removed and hall cleared

Viewing Adults £1 - Admission Children Free

Jubilee garden in a seed tray - Special entry for the children.

Tea and refreshments will be available

Clatford Valley Gardening Club Programme 2022.

We will be meeting in the Village Hall.  All meetings start at 7.30pm. Masks are optional.

The Aims of the Clatford Valley Gardening Club are:-  

  • To promote and encourage an interest in gardening. 
  • To arrange talks and demonstrations by horticultural experts.
  • To arrange visits to places of interest to gardeners.
  • To promote and organise a Flower, Vegetable and Produce Show.

 We are affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society.
